Elaine Garvin, Organist
Elaine has been the organist at Polytechnic UMC for over 40 years. She has a B.A. in Music from Texas Wesleyan University and she teaches music in the Fort Worth ISD. She and her husband, Rusty, are active in our church and in local theater, the symphony, and gardening.
Eric Medlock, Choir Director
Eric has been the Choir Director at Polytechnic UMC for 5 years. Prior to that, he was a section leader in the choir. He has a B.A. in Music from Texas Wesleyan University and teaches music in the Fort Worth ISD. He is married to Jennifer, who is a section vocalist in sister UMC congregation.
Michelle Kibbe, Administrative Assistant
Michelle grew up in San Antonio, but has lived in several states including Washington (Spokane). She came to Poly UMC from a background in retail sales, and has been here since April 2009. She has two children, Chase and Lana.
Rev. E. Frank Leach, Retired Clergy
Frank retired from the Central Texas Conference in 1995, after serving as Senior Pastor of Poly UMC from 1989 to 1995. He has served numerous churches in this Conference, as well as several after his retirement as an associate pastor. Frank and Barbara have four grown children, and they are active in the church and community.
Eric Nichols, Perkins Intern
Eric is from Coppell, Texas, and did his undergrad studies at SMU majoring in religious studies. He is finishing his MDiv degree at Perkins School of Theology and will be serving as our pastoral staff intern during this academic year. He is recently married to Becky, who is currently enrolled at SMU's Law School. Eric like history, sports, movies, and music.
